At Pose and Pixel, every celebration is different, so our pricing is designed around the experience you want to create. Packages may vary based on event length, selected experiences, print options, customizations, design elements, and additional enhancements.

When you submit an inquiry, we’ll send you our Pricing Guide, which features our most popular packages and some of the options our clients choose most often.

The Pricing Guide is meant to serve as a baseline and does not include every experience, add-on, customization, or package configuration we can provide. If you need different hours, have a particular design or aesthetic in mind, or are looking for an enhancement you don’t see listed, just ask.

If you’ve seen an idea, feature, or photo booth experience elsewhere that you’d love to incorporate into your event, there’s a good chance we can create or source something similar. We simply can’t fit every possibility into one guide.

Our interactive full-length Magic Mirror, professional photography equipment, customized designs, premium print options, curated backdrops, props, enhancements, and guest experience all work together to create something memorable from the moment guests walk up to the booth.

You may find photo booth options at many different price points, and that’s because not every experience is designed the same way. Pose and Pixel is intentionally positioned as a premium experience, so we may not be the right fit for every event or every budget—and that’s okay.

Our Magic Mirror is an interactive, full-length photo experience that allows guests to see themselves on screen while posing, making the experience feel engaging, modern, and incredibly fun.

Unlike a traditional enclosed booth or simple tablet setup, the open-air mirror allows guests to capture full-body photos, interact with the screen, pose with larger groups, and enjoy an experience that becomes entertainment in itself.

Absolutely. Customization is one of our favorite parts of creating your experience.

We can coordinate elements such as your photo template, welcome screen, backdrop, signage, graphics, colors, print design, props, and other enhancements to complement the look and feel of your celebration.

If you have a specific aesthetic, inspiration photo, theme, monogram, invitation design, or idea in mind, send it our way. We love creating an experience that feels personal to your event rather than using a one-size-fits-all setup.

Space requirements can vary depending on the experience you select, backdrop, printer setup, props, and any additional stations or enhancements.

For most events, we recommend reserving a comfortable area that allows guests to take photos, gather around the booth, and move through the experience without feeling crowded.

Once we know more about your venue and package, we can provide the exact space requirements. We’re also happy to coordinate with your planner or venue ahead of time to make sure everything is positioned properly.

Yes. Your experience includes professional onsite support so you and your guests can simply enjoy the celebration.

Your attendant will handle setup, help guests navigate the booth, keep the experience running smoothly, monitor equipment and supplies, and assist with any questions throughout your contracted booth time.

We want the experience to feel effortless for you. Once we arrive and set up, the photo booth is one less thing you have to think about.

We recommend booking as soon as you have your event date and venue confirmed, especially for weddings and popular weekend dates.

Availability is limited because we want to give each event the attention it deserves, and certain customizations, specialty backdrops, add-ons, and enhancements may require additional preparation time.
